Recently we teamed up with Gráinne Walsh, Tullamore Credit Union Ambassador, to visit secondary schools in the common bond area to talk about resilience and well-being. She shared her own experiences on how to get back up after the knocks that life gave her. For example, did you know she had four surgeries on her left hand alone? But that didn’t stop her! With a positive mindset, proper training and the right support she came out fighting harder than ever to become the 2023 Elite National Boxing Champion.
