Thank you for your interest in our Tullamore Credit Union Member Mortgage / Member Business Loan.

All Credit Unions in Ireland are subject to Central Bank regulatory limits which restrict the amount of mortgages & business loans that we can provide to our members.

Due to the phenomenal success of our current offerings, we are nearing the maximum amount we can lend in house mortgages & business lending.  To remain compliant with the Central Bank Regulatory requirements, we therefore have no option but to pause these products until further notice.

Consequently, we are unable to accept new mortgage or business applications currently.

We wish to confirm that all  loans for which offer letters have already been issued will be dealt with as normal.

If you wish, you can email our loans department on loans@tullamorecu.ie and we can contact you when the above situation changes, however if your mortgage or business requirements are time sensitive, you may need to pursue other options.
