COVID 19 Coronavirus

Here at Tullamore Credit Union, we fully understand that our members are worried and concerned about the evolving COVID – 19 situation.  We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are taking all steps possible to protect the health of our members and staff, while maintaining service and access to funds for our members. This has, and will continue to, involve changes to how we operate in the coming weeks. Please bear with us and be assured that these measures are being taken for the good of our members.

We are aware that many of you will be affected financially by the impact of this virus.

The simple message from us at Tullamore Credit Union is that we are here to help you get through the unfortunate circumstances that you may now be facing.  If any of you experience changed financial circumstances as a result of the virus, for example your employment ceases, or your income is reduced, we would encourage you to contact us, preferably by telephone or e-mail, and we will be happy to discuss what measures we can put in place to help you.  

You can  log on to our website where you will find a simple form Flexible Repayments for completion and submission. You can also contact us on 0579351780 to speak with one of our team.

We have a dedicated and experienced team in place who are ready to do what we can to help.

As an additional measure, we would urge every member who has a concern about accessing their Credit Union account to consider applying immediately for access to our

Current Account and Debit Card facility. This will allow you access your funds in retail outlets and online at any time. You can complete your application online or in our office.

We will continue to work to provide you with credit union services. On your behalf I would like to thank our staff for their support to date and ask you to co-operate with any measures that we may introduce to maintain services.
